Ronaldo fires Guarani to fourth

Tres Ronaldo scored the only goal to move Guarani to fourth in the Brazilian Campeonato Paulista table as they beat Portuguesa.

Henrique Dias, Sergio Manoel, Rissardo Xuta and Preto scored for Mirassol in the 4-0 away victory over Guaratingueta.

Moro Giancarlo scored twice and there were also goals from Romerinho and Gabriel as Bragantino won 4-1 against Ituano whose goal came from Kleyton Domingues.

Catanduvense drew 1-1 with Ponte Preta thanks to a goal from Du. Gian netted the equaliser for Ponte Preta.

In the Carioca, Botafogo were 5-0 winners over Olaria with Elkeson and Sebastian Abreu both scoring twice and the other goal coming from Maicosuel.

Carlos Alberto and Michel netted for Duque de Caxais in the 2-1 defeat of Bangu whose goal came from Marcelo Heleno.

Bonsucesso drew 2-2 with Macae. Adrian Magrao and Marcos Goiano scored for Bonsucesso, with Andre Gomes and Gerson scoring for Macae.

Romulo scored four, with Lucas getting the other, as Friburguense defeated Boavista 5-2, Wanderson Somalia scoring twice for the losing side.

Marcel, Leo Silva and Yuri scored as Resende beat Nova Iguacu 3-1 with the consolation goal coming from Zambi.
