Inter may have stumbled to another draw but goalkeeper Julio Cesar insists will still be crowned champions at the end of the Serie A campaign.

After their Champions League exploits in midweek, Inter Milan stuttered to a 1-1 draw by Palermo on Saturday. The Nerazzurri have now won just one of their last seven league games.

"I really believe in my team, we know our strength," Cesar told Sky Sport.

"The championship is there, there are still a lot of games to play and I'm convinced that we will win it once again this year.

"We're calm and my team-mates did well yet again. We came up against a team that defended well. We were good in possession even if we didn't create many shots at goal.

"There were some strange decisions against Catania. Today was completely different. Against us every team will make every effort, which is why we are scoring less. I repeat, we came up against a team that defended very well."
