Bologna midfielder Miguel Britos has warned his team-mates that the possibility of relegation is still very much alive.

The Uruguayan international insisted that as long as the 40-point mark remained elusive, then relegation is still very much in the picture.

The 24-year-old told the club's official website Bolognafc.it that, "We conceded a lot in defence, but are upset that we conceded a goal, which allowed Siena to win. We knew that this match was going to be an important one.

"As a side, we are on the right path. But we also know that we have not saved ourselves from relegation, and we will not relax until we do so.

"We still need to train hard, seeking to do our best to meet our objectives, being cautious not to lose ground," concluded Britos.
